A great reminder today of why I only do business with CarMax.. they don’t play games with vehicle/trade pricing or finance option.. everything’s up front. Came in on a Sunday, to do some window shopping for a new van for my wife.. I didn’t have our trade with us but we found a vehicle my wife loved.. so I asked to work up numbers. My 17yr old daughter needed to purchase a car with money she saved. We stopped by the pre-owned shop at Waltrip and came away with an excellent vehicle, fair deal, and enjoyable experience all around.
