I 100% do not recommend this dealership! Reached out to them last week interested in trading my vehicle in and getting a new vehicle. The response time in the beginning was so quick and I was so excited. However, I have yet to hear back from them about the value of my trade in. I reached out to them again requesting it and they wrote back saying they would check right then. Well, I never heard anything back. Don’t waste your time with this place. We will be going somewhere else to do business with. Super disappointed!!

I have been a customer of Darrell Waltrip Honda since 1996. I've purchased 2 cars there and intend to purchase another very soon. The service and sales team is excellent and knowledgeable. I had an oil changed scheduled for 11:15. Nothing special; just an oil change. It’s almost 4:00 in the afternoon and I’m still waiting. This is INSANE.

I am NOT thrilled at all with the service I received! Brandon who helped me check in etc, was fine. I do not have any specific complaints about him. However, when I was contacted via text that my car was ready, I replied and said I would be there to pick up my van shortly. When I got there I had to wait for over 20 minutes for my car to be brought around by the valet. DO NOT waste your time! This dealership will sell you parts & schedule installs for parts they don't have! TERRIBLE SERVICE. Go to Crest, Mt Juliet or Gallatin. ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!
