We brought in our 2012 Odyssey with engine light on and a misfire. Repair was covered under a recall. We had originally bought our van from another Honda dealer in town, but were unhappy with the service we had received and decided to bring it to Darrell Waltrip Honda. Brandon our service advisor was courteous,knowledgeable, listened and asked questions. He totally followed up with us every step of the way. My wife and I found the exact car we were looking for on DW's website. We loaded up and made the five-hour drive to the dealership, and thanks to Richard Webb it was worth every minute! The car had some exterior dings, but Mr. Richard made sure to show us each one to make sure we were aware before buying.
