I've been going to Waltrip to service my S2000 for several years. It's always been a good experience, but something different happened this year. When I got home I noticed the total of my service seemed to be higher than normal. I called and spoke with Brandon Respess, and he took charge. Classic bait and switch. The "e price" I was quoted was 3k less than the lowest the dealership was willing to go. They were unwilling to negotiate at all. Instead they made the claim that "somebody must have made a mistake that could be the price for a front wheel drive." I was very disappointed and left. What poor professionalism to outright lie on a quote that included the STOCK NUMBER.
I had a great experience at Darrell Waltrip Honda! On June 21st my husband and I had the VERY unfortunate experience of a tree that was over 100 feel tall fall on not one, but BOTH, of our cars. They were both totaled. I had absolutely loved my White Orchid Pearl 2016 Honda Accord EX-L and absolutely wanted to duplicate it with what ever my new car was to be.
