Never thought I would write a negative comment about Darryl Waltrip Honda - but today is the day. I had an appointment for weeks to have an oil change - when I arrived, I was told they were very busy and the wait was 1.5 to 2 hrs. long. You see - other people were there before me - never mind I had an appointment - so they were in front of me. I was then told if I was in a hurry I could always go to a Jiffy Lube. Bought my minivan here with a good discount and the overall buying experience was amazing. I had some issues initially due to communication gap but the way they sorted it out was thoroughly professional.
