I always get the best customer service when I bring my car in for service.
Took my honda in to be serviced. Service was fast, I was treated respectfully. Austin W. in Service was exceptional. Also Tammy Q. is a gem in the Finance Dept. Will be returning and referring Darrell Waltrip's dealership to my family and friends.

My husband and I love the service center, however the sales dept. is a different story. While the sales people are friendly enough, they don't have any wiggle room on price. They can show me all day long how they "supposedly" lose money on the deal....I don't believe it for a second. They weren't even willing to come down $1500 for a loyal service customer. Shop around because they don't have the best prices!
