Went to look for a pickup, wound up buying one. Waltrip had the vehicle that I was looking for. Tom was very cordial and helped us. And yes I would buy another Auto from Darrell Waltrip.
My wife took her car in for an oil change and the engine and cabin air filters needed replacing. Their charge would have been $115 to replace them. I replaced the filters myself for $40 and 5 minutes of work. So they basically were going to charge $75 for 5 minutes of work which is a labor rate of $900/hr. So they have lost a customer.
I bought a used vehicle at another dealership and brought it in for Servicing and the folks at Darrell Waltrip was very accommodating and very Swift in their service and adjustments of my vehicle I'm extremely satisfied

While travelling from OH to AL, we ran into car trouble with our Honda Accord. The closest dealership was Darrell Waltrip Honda in Franklin, TN. We worked with Bobby Groves in the service center who went above and beyond to assist us on getting back on the road as quickly as possible.
