I have tried to buy a car from them 2 times now, and they've pissed me off so bad this time that I felt compelled to post something. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!! Apparently they don't need the business since the finance manager did not care to speak to me today because "I wasn't serious" and "wouldn't make a commitment". I've never been treated so rudely. And the first time I had an issue with DW, I put a deposit down on a car that they were going to order, and they just never ordered it! Ugh. What is wrong with people?!?
The best customer service consistently for my Honda Accord. I've been using this service center since I bought my Accord from this dealership 12 years ago. Kwame in the service center makes any repair or servicing so pleasant and effortless! Kudos to Kwame! He is the BEST!!!!
Car buying portion of the experience was fantastic as my sales person and his manager were just great. The after care and customer service from the finance department was the worst. I love my truck but, due to the Finance Manager, I will never return. This facebook page referred to her as a "guru" in a post. If being disrespectful, rude, not returning calls, botching paperwork, overcharging finance fee's, and negativity qualifies a "guru" she is wasting her time at Darrell Waltrip and should be lecturing at Wharton.
