In mid July, Zach helped us and answered all of our questions. we took a test drive and made our decision. We showed up with our used SUV then 2 weeks later we drove away with our NEW 2018 Ford Escape. We love our Escape and the great Customer Service we received.

this place is mess... I wouldn't recommend anyone ever buying a car from this crooked place who cant even use the correct oil

It took over THREE WEEKS!!!!! to just talk to a server rep to make an appointment. I even talked to a sales person and they said that they would give the message to rep and never got a call back. I work thirds and don’t stay up for long and I got up five different times and not one of my calls were answered. You need a better service department!

We had a great experience that was really good. My daughter's car broke down and after Dahl investigated found out we had a problem with the brake booster that had An extended recall from ford. they worked with me and Ford to get this paid for. They also replaced worn brakes both front and rear at a great price while we were there. I would highly recommend Dahl Automotive and Alex Haile. Todd Spinner

Reading some of these reviews is kind of disheartening!! I just bought my 2015 escape, but still haven't gotten it after 2 weeks and really having second thoughts about it as I already got my coupon books in the mail to make payments on. The staff is very friendly and helpful, though, so time will tell.

Had them change a radiator hose. They left the anti freeze all my truck. They told us to come back and they would get it off. At first the guy was rude about it. Then it took 2 times to even maybe get it right. Hope the guy that work on it the night before who was obviously in a hurry to get out of there for the night is enjoying his time off! Because I am NOT. Enjoying my time off! Took 3 hours of my day already with having to get up early, get ready drive up there, wait for them to fix it! And now I missed out on the plans... read more
