RecommendedAs we have bought several vehicles from Dahl and really like working with Randy, I am very disappointed in their constant changes in prices for my oil changes. My last appointment was over $47. The prices are getting way too expensive considering we bought the vehicle there.
Just leased a 2018 F-150 from Randy. Great salesman and helped me get the truck of my dreams!! Noah in service is a great guy and has been wonderful to work with, I am a devoted Ford girl and Dahl Ford has always been there for me. I own a 2018 F-150, and a 2007 Expedition that has over 227,000 miles and still going strong. This is the ONLY Ford dealership I will ever deal with...you have me for life!

Had a great experience at Dahl this past week. I had a recall item that needed to be addressed and they clearly explained what was to be done, and they did exactly that. I had a quick turn around without any inconvenience to my schedule, and a shout out to our shuttle driver who dropped me off at my work that morning, very pleasant conversation. Thanks for the good service at Dahl Onalaska. I suggest offering everyone involved a day off with pay!!!!

Dahl Onalaska and La Crosse do not take appts for oil changes. I tried for 3rd time this morning to get oil change in Onalaska. They have you line car up outside door. I got there at 7:05 and there was already 2 cars there. While waiting in line another car came and pulled up in front of doors in front of me and another person. I gave up. Went to La Crosse location. They have you pull in main service doors, someone was there and welcomed me by name (from license plate) and was told it would be right in and be done in 45 minu... read more
All was good on the oil change except for one item. My Edge had 57,000 and some odd miles when I brought it in for my oil change. When it was all completed, I went into my vehicle and noticed that when they changed the little sticker that is on your windshield he wrote the date for 5 months out but wrote the current mileage on the sticker. I took it off and wrote 62,000 in pen which would be the correct mileage needed for the next change. Bought a car here a month ago. A few days ago, the transmission went out. We had purchased a $2,000 extended warranty, great idea right? Turns out... The warranty DOES NOT COVER MANUAL TRANSMISSION! As we were sitting there filling out the paperwork, we stated in so many words that we wanted the warranty in case the clutch went out- oh yeah, that will be covered... NOT! Thanks Dahl for showing us how much my hard earned money means to you. Wish I could rate this lower than 1*. I am livid.

I totaled my car on a Wednesday, picked out a car on a Friday and purchased it on a Tuesday. It took a while for everything to go through because of my insurance company & Everyone at Dahl had incredible patience. I’ve purchased my last 2 cars from this location & I will continue to do so. Love them!
