Good timely services done here for more than 7 years we have been coming, wish they had 1 or 2 nights that stayed open later

Just bought my Ford Flex and love it. All the staff we worked with were very helpful. Brian was a great salesman and Laura was great at explaining all the financial options we had. Would definitely buy another vehicle at Dahl.

Purchased vehicle here and return for service when in Lacrosse. Nice that there is drive in service. Staff is always professional and friendly. As with any service I receive I would take the time to tell them if I thought they could do better so they could evaluate and adjust as needed. Great job for me. Can't wait till the new Ranger is back in the Ford line up.

Everyone that I met was so kind and helpful. Denise Julius was very knowledgeable and very compassionate about helping find the right SUV and I bought a Ford Edge and I'm very pleased... I would recommend Dahl Ford to my family and my friends.
I've been a customer for 5 years. The vehicle is great service is terrible..2 years ago I paid for a tire rotation with my oil change and my tires were not rotated (la Crosse location) recently my truck was In for 7 days after asking the service writer to change my oil if it wasn't already included In the repair it was I. Fact not repaired. I found my vehicle unlocked I. The parking lot along theater drive and on day 3 was asked if a tech could take it home as it needed to be driven 40-70 miles. Fuel was not replaced.
