Bought new tires yesterday...other than it taking all day long, I had a great experience. What they initially quoted me, was more than what I actually had to pay. That doesn't happen EVER! This is my second time getting tires there, and I'll continue giving them my business.
I had Dahl Ford replace my plugs on my F150 and they broke four, which is not uncommon, but a short time later while out of state I lost the use of cylinders 1 & 3. I waited at the engine shop while they dismantled my motor and found metal objects in the cylinders that eroded my pistons down to the compression rings. I took photos and even got a statement from the mechanic that is was parts from the broken spark plugs. $8,600 dollars later Dahl told me it wasn't any of their fault. Royal Screwing thanks Dahl.

Truly thankful for the staff at Dahl Ford of Onalaska for getting an oil change done on the Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV) for the Red Cross! You all were super busy today, but you got it done even after the service department was closed. Now we can deploy this vehicle to Florida to assist those affected by Hurricane Matthew! Thank you!!
