Took car in for oil change. Fast and quick. I was by another customer. Her car was done she was waiting for 20 mins. I said something cause they called me up before her. Then I heard they could not find her keys. I know you get busy but I felt bad she waited so long. To me it looked like the young man had to much to do. Must of been new. Maybe more help.

Highly recommend the service department! Huge shout out to Noah Finch for truley going above and beyond in making sure my warranty claim was done to my satisfaction! He was personable and professional and was not satisfied until I was. It is sadly hard to find this in a service department of a dealership, and am relieved dahl ford has a different standard. I hope they continue this level of customer service. Oh and I didnt even buy my truck from them. A+

Timely and courteous service with great explanation of service provided. Also, providing a 'menu' of services recommended by the mileage driven is an excellent tool for future planning. Customer service is definitely at the forefront of the staff at Dahl Ford!

I have never had anything but a good experience there. Even after a quite costly mistake was made in house they brought my car back in at no charge to me and made it right, that may not seem like much but when it comes down to shops taking blame for their mistakes it doesn't happen often enough. I have enjoyed the staff I have had the pleasure of working with there, Jayme from the front counter was very thorough and responsive when i had questions about my service and in my opinion went above and beyond the call of duty. Multiple trips in for multiple days at a time to have cruise control fixed. Door latch was "repaired" due to recall but now they've left my interior paneling falling off. I feel like I have to badger them to get my car the way it should be. I don't have time for that.

They treat you well and get the job done when they say they will. I love not having to make an appointment for an oil change. I just pop in when it is handy for me.
