I have been to dahl onalaska 2 times with my new car and both times they DID NOT complete the job they where paid for or do it right! I have also complained twice and NEVER was contacted or compensated! I will NOT return to dahl ford and I will NOT recommend them AND I will tell EVERYONE I know to go ANYWHERE else

Told me they put full synthetic oil in my car after I waited over an hour. Remind you. This was a oil change redo that they messed up before by putting semi synthetic in when I said full. They lied and told me it was full synthetic until I had to look up the part number. This time they did the exact same thing ! I asked when he handed me my keys. Full systemic right ?? Every time I bring my car in for service, I experience great customer service and communication!
Took my vehicle in for a oil change and was told it would be 30-45 minutes. After walking the lot and checking emails on my work phone I noticed the vehicle was done and parked. 10 more minutes went by before I started looking for my service advisor with no avail. Waited in line behind 3 other customers asking what’s going on and was told my advisor was on lunch break. GREAT communication (Not). I wish you would change the name to slow lube and service.
