It was a great car buying experience, helpful staff in every department.
Brought my Ford Explorer in for some warranty work and they assured me it would take less than 40 minutes. After over an hour in the waiting room, I looked outside and my car was in the lot. Service person said notifier went on break and that is why I was not notified.
