Awesome place to Buy your next vehicle
Friday evening and I realized that I needed an oil change. I went to Dahl Ford hoping to get in. I was lucky enough to get in right away as the last vehicle of the night. I sat down in a comfy chair to watch the evening news and seemed like just minutes later got the info that my car was done. They went through the tire and brake info with me and I was done. No one returns your call within a timely fashion. No one to answer service dept.
The service department addressed all my concerns efficiently.

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership in terms of both their sales team and service department. They are always friendly and courteous and the few times I have been in there for service to my Ford Fusion has been done same day and in a timely fashion.
Just wants to give a big thanks to all the employees that help get me into my new pre owned truck. They all were very Professional and worked with me. Highly recommend.
Record keeping of recall related work on 2011 Ford Fusion sport was horrible. Hence two visits to my home by Dahl technicians to make sure work was done right. Technicians were courteous and nice. Apparently record keeping and schedule related areas are not their strong suit. Have moved my business elsewhere ....
