always there for me whenever I have problems
We go only to Shane Lawerence for our purchases on cars. He knows His business and what we really like. Our service Guys are really good to, BUT, I wish they didn't send me so many E-Mails after I drop the car off. I love talking to them but I lose so many minutes when they send them on my phone.
A great purchasing experience at Dahl Ford on both occasions. There is a reason I drove two hours to La Crosse to purchase my vehicle there.

Improve customer service. Had asked to schedule recall appt. Dahl scheduled it but didn't tell me. Went for oil change/rotation at 9, called at 1 what's going on? told just going in - called at 4 what's going on? was told the person in charge of my service left early - didn't tell me.car was done. I'm done w/them
