I love this dealership. They have it figured out. Bought my first Ford from Randy last summer. He was awesome. I am sitting here sipping on a gourmet coffee and waiting on an oil change and free tire rotation. No appt. just showed up! They are the friendliest most courteous dealership I have ever dealt with. They have a lifetime loyal customer here!
Scheduled my oil change and as always, exceptional service! I really feel the people that work at Dahl Ford care about their service to their customers. In addition, it appears they enjoy working with each other.

You need to make oil change appointment available. I have pre paid service plans but it’s impossible to get in for an oil change with picking up kids from daycare, school and a busy work schedule. Most other dealerships do. If it wasn’t for pre paid plan I’d be elsewhere.
You moved everything from LaCrosse location to Onalaska. Too far away for service and repairs. They’re always busy and takes 2-3 weeks to get in.

I Leased my F-150 XLT Sport from Dahl Ford mid October. Dan Sake was my sales associate and he was professional and helped me find the right truck for my wants and needs. Great service department as well! Installed my window visors within minutes of purchasing. I will be returning for service and my next truck!
