better customer service. Waited all day for vehicle to be checked out and got no real satisfaction. Representative was not very customer friendly.

happy the manager of the service dept reached out to us to ensure our Ford focus got repaired and provided us with a loaner during the time it was in the shop. must say we miss the ford escape that we borrowed. it was a fun powerful little car.

It was an absolutely pressure free sale and everyone I worked with was absolutely wonderful and patient. I will be back the next time we are looking for a vehicle.
James is real good to work with and makes every visit a good one. Goes the extra mile to help customers! Nate does great work in a timely fashion! Awesome helping out if you have questions.
