OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE GENTELMAN WAS OUT STANDING IN HELPING US GET OUR FORD TAURUS TAKEN CARE OF AFTER WE WENT BACK AFTER GETTING THE ALTENATER INSTALLED. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND HE HELPED US GET TO THE PROBLEM. WE REPAIRED IT AND WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY TO PICK IT UP. HE WAS A SAINT AND A GENTELMAN, WITH THE UNDERSTANDING HE GAVE US ABOUT THE REPAIRS. I BELIEVE HIS NAME WAS TRAVIS. BELIEVE ME I WILL COME BACK TO HIM EVERYTIME. THANK YOU SO MUCH TRAVIS.

Everyone at Dahl Ford has been so nice and helpful no matter what we had going on with one of our vehicles!! Very much not at all like the other dealership that claims to have customers for life? After the way we were treated at that "B" place and were treated like a valued person at Dahl's my wife traded in our 2011 Edge for a 2012 Edge because she just couldn't not enjoy the 2011 that we made the mistake of buying from the "B" place in Sparta. We are Dahl Ford customers for life!!!

I have been a customer of Dahl Ford in Onalaska for over 4 years. I have never had a bad experience. They are always so helpful and pleasant to deal with. The time they tell you that the service will take is usually right on. The waiting room is very nice and the free popcorn and soda is great while waiting. I love that you don't need an appointment. I recommend them all the time.

Their services are perfect and kind ever I had in La Crosse, WI so far.
Very fast courteous service and they had the hard to find tire I needed to get home and a great price.
Jon was great about getting us the exact car we wanted...he had it brought over from another dealership just for us! They couldn't have been nicer to us-we will definitely go back next time we are in the market for a vehicle!
