Original delivery for a dishwasher, stovetop and double over was set on 09/12/25 through Lowes. CRST has cancelled delivery over eight times from reasons of employee sick, not able to find the item, we do not delivery on Fridays or they just would cancel last minute. When I was able to speak to a floor Supervisor( Elica) at CRST on 10/24, they did not have any concern nor did they seem any issues about the delivery daters being moved. **** is the worst shipping company in the ***. They are rude, reckless, and always late. I have this bad experience last month, and it took so long for me to deal with store. I wish I will never meet them again, and I will not buy from the store should they use CRST.

Had a dishwasher installed, installers were unprofessional and sloppy, dishwasher stopped working after 2 weeks ( wasnt installed correctly) currently on my 5th appointment trying to get them to come and fix the issue however they continue to not show up and make you wait for ***** hour windows. Apparently theyre allowed to schedule and miss as many appointments as they like without consequences, avoid this company at all costs if you value your time.

The absolute worst. I would never recommend them. They sent out ******* Appliance to install a dishwasher and ended up damaging the cabinet under the sink while trying to get the water line hooked up. I got a quote from the kitchen cabinet company (a customer kitchen), they wrote me a quote to replace the panel above the cabinet that they scraped, and they refused to pay for the damages. They showed up on scheduled date and my product was damaged. They took it back and rescheduled for following week. They never showed up or called. Talked to one of their agents. He stated this crew never showed up for any deliveries that day and they could not get ahold of them. Said he would call me back with update. He never called back. If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a product with ****** and they were supposed to deliver the product and install it. Installation day was scheduled and delivery was not made. I called their office and they said I had to reach out to schedule as they did not use ****** scheduling dates. This was a back and fourth issue where they were supposed to deliver and never showed up, or decided that via email change my delivery date the day before. I paid for installation and haul away of the old stove. I had to help the first ********* carry my stove down the front stairs. The new stove was defective so I had to replace it. I bought the stove at Lowes new stove came in a couple of days. **** scheduled the install and did a no show no call. CRST reschedule again no show no call.
