I purchased a fridge from lowes years ago & added an extended warranty. When it came time to use my warranty, I got the run around. My fridge still isnt fixed. Lowes gave me a giftcard for my inconvenience. Thats the only reason I went back. I purchased an over the range microwave & paid for installation. What an absolutely horrible company and horrible service. I had a installation date of July 13th scheduled. I called them on July 11th at about 530 pm and asked if there was a window for installation time yet. I was told no and that I would receive a call the next day on the 12th after 3pm to confirm the installation window. I waited until 530 pm on the 12th heard nothing, called them and was told the appointment was canceled and rescheduled for July 20th. I was supposed to have a delivery today and the delivery person seemed to take offense to me asking him to wear a mask. In fact, he said because he was Spanish I asked him to wear a mask and that "you people are fresh, fresh, fresh." I proceeded to tell him that it did not matter what his race was that anyone making a delivery would be asked to wear a mask as I have kids in my home to protect. No Call No Show.. again. Is there an option for NO STARS? Ridiculous. Nothing else needs to be said... just don't use them. EVER. And, it doesn't matter, they simply do not care.
CRST is one of the companies that Lowes uses to pass on the poor experience blame for their installation services. This has happened to us 3 times in two years, once for a Dryer, once for Flooring, and once for CRST's delivery and installation of a Dishwasher. We purchased the dishwasher on 5/27 because Lowes committed to an installation earlier than their competitors. They gave us a date of 6/22. I expressed doubt given my experiences in the past but they assured us a 6/22 installation date with a confirmation call on 6/21.... read more
Ordered an over the stove microwave was supposed to be installed on June 15th no show no call. When called there was no answer. They were left a voicemail and were emailed by Lowes about not showing up. They were instructed to call me and didnt. Called again and was given there number. Ordered a dishwasher online from Lowes for a Memorial Day sale, because my house needs a new one. It got scheduled for May 27, which was perfect because I was off. No call no show, called Lowes on the 28th to report it, they got it rescheduled for Memorial Day the 30th, again installer never called or showed on Memorial Day. NEVER, I mean NEVER use this group if possible. I ordered a dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven from Lowes. Not only did they s**** up our schedule, the sent out a person who didn't want to do the work. First off, the person showed up 2 hours early without getting approval and scared my daughter.Then he did a bad job at putting in the microwave without cleaning up after himself.But the biggest issue he chose not to put in the dishwasher, claiming he didn't know where the water line was.
