Unresponsive on rescheduling - randomly rescheduled to day when I'm not available without even asking if that's OK.Ordered a new dishwasher from Lowes's. I wasn't available on the initial delivery date. OK, fine. I rescheduled to June 2nd, when I would be home. Shortly thereafter, they rescheduled me to June 3rd. Best Buy uses this company to deliver appliances. I have bought a treadmill in January and was delivered damaged. Best Buy has scheduled over 5 appointments which all have been missed. Most of them no show! One time i got two people at my property who seemed to have been under the influence! Very unreliable!

Why do you hire unprofessional and women with attitudes? If you ask when the installer will arrive (they didn't inform me like CRST said they would) that **** and puff and act like they are working hard by answering a simple question. I'm never buying another appliance from lowes ever again. Was really that hard of a question for you, lady? Must be torture to sit at home and wait for phone calls just to answer rude, lazy, and inconvenienced.

Took 3 weeks to schedule the installation of my dishwasher, then didnt show the day they scheduled or even call to say they needed to reschedule. Looks really bad for Lowes. Possibly they should contract with some other installer. However I havent found very many contractors of late who have much integrity.

I have contacted them 5 times regarding a new freezer that is to be delivered. The contact center rep keeps saying call back in 24 hours. There market manager and regional manager never answer there phones or return emails. Spoke to ******** a contact center supervisor and she wast able to escalate the issue. Been very disappointed in the communication process so far! I hope they can turn this around and fix the issue. I am starting to lose faith in the company. Lowes uses this company as their installer for appliances - CRST is a terrible company - I have yet to have their "installer" install my range hood - the last installer the company sent brought the range hood but told me he could not install it because it needed to be hardwired. He never opened the box and left. That was Friday April 8 - An installer was scheduled for the previous Monday April 4 but he was a no-show. Terrible service. I bought dishwasher from Best Buy and they did not deliver on time claiming that their truck got broken. Costumer reps are very rude. I suggest to avoid any services by this company.

Been waiting 8 weeks for a dishwasher install. It was bought at Lowes and Crst was to install it. They delivered the dishwasher and said they couldnt install due to not having the right part said they would come back the next day never showed. Talk to a plumber and he said there are special part and any plumber worth there salt would have it.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I paid for a treadmill with an original delivery and install date of December 18. Still do not have it after many rescheduled appointments that nobody shows up for or even bothers to communicate that they are not coming. Deliver and install my treadmill or give me my money back!
