Lowes uses this company as their installer for appliances - CRST is a terrible company - I have yet to have their "installer" install my range hood - the last installer the company sent brought the range hood but told me he could not install it because it needed to be hardwired. He never opened the box and left. That was Friday April 8 - An installer was scheduled for the previous Monday April 4 but he was a no-show. Terrible service. I bought dishwasher from Best Buy and they did not deliver on time claiming that their truck got broken. Costumer reps are very rude. I suggest to avoid any services by this company.
Been waiting 8 weeks for a dishwasher install. It was bought at Lowes and Crst was to install it. They delivered the dishwasher and said they couldnt install due to not having the right part said they would come back the next day never showed. Talk to a plumber and he said there are special part and any plumber worth there salt would have it.
I would give 0 stars if possible. I paid for a treadmill with an original delivery and install date of December 18. Still do not have it after many rescheduled appointments that nobody shows up for or even bothers to communicate that they are not coming. Deliver and install my treadmill or give me my money back!
