The staff are the real shining stars here. I’ve stayed at this hotel so many times that by now, it feels like I’m just crashing with a friend. A friend who greets me by name, welcomes me and gets me checked in with every possible amenity and reward possible, who thanks me for being a super million whatever Rewards member.
