RecommendedThis has to be one of the best places I have stayed and for the price I paid on Priceline it is worth so much more. The staff is amazing, the room are extraordinary. Could not ask for a better place
I tagged along when my husband had to drive up to Orlando for business. The hotel accommodated our 2pm check out but I still managed to leave my jewelry bag with all of my everyday jewelry in it, including my wedding ring. I completely panicked at home when I noticed and thought for sure it was gone. I called the hotel and their staff actually found my things and returned them to me through the mail. I am extremely grateful to the Crowne Royal. Very honest staff. I highly recommend.

Checking in was a breeze but the room was let me just say not worth a hundred some dollars a night. I have a disabled husband and son and asked about the shuttle and was never given an answer about the transportation. In the room we had a leak in the bathroom that could of been a disaster if we had any thing plugged up in the other room. Two nights before we checked out I gotten and electric shock when I unplugged our IPad so I was really pissed thank God it was me and not one of our kids.
