The Crowne Plaza Hotel is beautiful, but the housekeeping needs work. It's bad when you have 2 dispensers for toilet paper and they both are empty. My husband had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper. Now housekeeping was there that morning and changed out the towel but didn't fulfill her job. �The next day housekeeping didn't change out the face towel...why? This is totally unacceptable! I will be staying at another hotel on my next trip to Orlando. This was my first time at Crowne Plaza Hotel and my last.

My sincerest apologies for not meeting your expectations. I certainly can understand your disappointment. Our overall marks are very high with regards to our housekeeping service and cleanliness. In your case frankly, we dropped the ball and did not follow through. We will use this as a coaching and learning exercise in our efforts to prevent recurrence. Again, I am very sorry.

Outstanding accommodations, wonderful food and beaverage, amazing staff, pool was awesome felt like a bath tub at 11:30 at night!

The staff were very pleasant and the hotel looked good and we were able to use the facilities as our room was not ready when we arrived . When we got into our room the toilet was flushing continuously and the bedsheets were torn not exactly 4star and do not think there should be a $16 charge for guests to park their car

It is a very nice place and everyone is very nice
I definitely recommend this hotel. Met the General Manager here. Told him great job. It’s not often the photos of a hotel match the actual hotel. Great job!!!

When we first got there everyone was really friendly and helpful, all staff. We got to our room and the fridge didn’t work so we called the front desk and within 20 minutes a maintenance person cane up checked and brought a replacement. So not too bad. Then our shower had a issues and we couldn’t get it to work. Again maintenance came up and checked it. Temporarily got it working and then cane back and fixed it. Normally, we do receive very high marks for maintenance. As we continue to work to achieve this it's important to know your concerns. We have been renovating the hotel in steps.
