OK hotel but missing the real concierge service. This Expedia nonsense is terrible. A real concierge is needed.

Well first of all we paid alot of money to stay at a nice hotel and the room was not as expected.The blanket was rough room smelled old bathroom was old and faucet was falling off and the lighting sucked. Had a TV from the early thousands in there. Maybe they should do some renovations for sure just wasn’t happy with the quality of the room for the price. Definitely should have stayed at a best Western probably better looking!!

This establishment and its managers, particularly Mara, seriously don’t care about their guests. Does this place even have a real manager that can manage staff and customers? All she did was blame others for the hotel’s very obvious mistakes. I can’t even express to you all how terrible my experience here was. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
