I love coming to this property every December...It is always very enjoyable and relaxing...Very clean, with a very professional staff....Douglas the doorman is awesome!! Always above and beyond my expectations....ill be back again next December for sure!! Thank you Crowne Plaza!!!

Room smelled like it was smoked in and tried to be covered up. Shower drain was clogged so we were standing in water the whole time. Wouldn’t revisit when I come to Orlando.
