I am very disappointed in this hotel General Manager. I have been traveling for years using the family and friends discount and when I reach this hotel they claim the employee needs to be present. This is not true at all. The employee of the family member does not need to be present and it seems that this hotel is making up it's own rules. I AM HIGHLY upset because this hotel will not honor the family and friends and WE WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN.
The only thing was the barking dogs when we come back like to stay again

Karen, thank you for this lovely rating. It is not our policy to allow pets. However, during and following Hurricane Irma, many Floridians were seeking shelter. We could not in good conscience not allow pets. We are 100% back and all our policies are back in order as well. The next time you visit there won't be any dogs barking.
