The hotel is in a nice location on the International Drive, close to the Orange County Convention Center. While reserving it through a third party website from my job, it failed to notify me that there was a parking fee of $16 a night per car. The room was clean with a nice view. The pool area was clean as well. While the hotel has restaurant, it didn't not provide a complementary breakfast. The stay was pleasant, but I don't plan on staying at it in the near future.
This hotel was wonderful and is run by people who truly have heart. At our symposium for a rare disease they were accommodating, compassionate and friendly. Every server and staff member was exceptional, and the manager (owner?) came in to greet us. Thank you for a truly excellent experience! �

Currently staying here this evening and we unfortunately made the mistake of getting our Ripley's Believe it or Not tickets here in the lobby since they pretty much accosted us checking in having us believe it would be cheaper from them! I could have saved $20 purchasing them at Ripley's or online! So disgusted that a big chain like this would take advantage of their guests. Corporate office will be hearing from us.

This is my daughter's (12yo) favourite hotel. We've returned every year for the past 4 years. Says it all really but more specifically the staff are very friendly, rooms very good, room service excellent, it's well located for many of Orlando's attractions and walking distance to the excellent restaurants and shops on I Drive. As an IHG Spire I've been to many Crowne Plazas and this is a great branch in the chain.
