Me & my family had a great time on the 12th floor view was awesome. Didn't see much staff except down in the lobby, which was fine with me
I travel for work and stay in hotels almost 300 nights a year I know a great hotel when I see one. I took my grandkids to Orlando for the weekend and cashed in points to stay and it was worth it. The staff made my grandkids and myself feel like a million bucks. The front desk couldn't have been more helpful. I wish I would have taken the time to learn their names.
