While the room type reserved was for a “standard room” we do try to honor all requests and unfortunately there were no king bedded rooms available. With regards to the parking, not all our guests have cars often because of our shuttle service. It's alright but I'll give it 5 if I didn't have to pay $10 for parking plus a $50 incidental fee. Other than that my anniversary was good. Prices for alcohol are crazy. My pillows had stains on it so I requested new ones.
Checked out this morning. Overall experience was enjoyable, however, I did bring it to the attention of the receptionist that our bathroom was not properly cleaned prior to our stay and her response was, "Thank you, I'll let housekeeping know." Someone prior to our stay must've shaved in the shower and tapped their razor on the wall and there were hairs all over the wall, the toilet was dirty when my significant other lifted the seat to use it.
