So far this is the best CROWNE plaza we’ve been to. The one at lake Buenavista is nice but it just doesn’t hold up to the same standards as this one here on universal blvd.

Great place and great people! Front desk was very helpful! Would stay there any time we come down South.
We just hosted our annual corporate awards ceremony here and I must say that it was a truly wonderful experience. From the first phone call, the service provided by Liz and Melisa was incredible. Very patient and accommodating to our continued venue changes. Easy to communicate with and very efficient in making last minute changes. I absolutely recommend anyone to stay here. It is very comfortable and the staff are amazing! The only downside was I had to pay for parking but I would still come back!
