While the room type reserved was for a “standard room” we do try to honor all requests and unfortunately there were no king bedded rooms available. We are sorry you feel that the room and services were inadequate. We do not imply that any guests are not truthful. However, as was originally conveyed and after a lock interrogation of the room, there was no entry other than with the key issued to you and there are no funds being withheld. The transportation provided by the convention was typical of all hotels with curb side pick up.
