We recently had a raccoon in our attic which ended up having babies - our technician Jeff T. was able to find the babies and remove them before any significant damage occurred. We are currently working with them to clean our attic and seal the entry area. Jeff and the other staff have been very professional.

I had asked to have a raccoon removed from under my deck. After taking 2 raccoons and 2 opossums away and charging me for the removal of the opossums I cancelled their service. Opossums were NEVER mentioned when I asked for removal of the raccoon but I was charged anyway! Poor business practice!

After a long battle of trying to remove squirrels out of the attic, we finally got rid of them for good. I was initially skeptical since the initial service call is pretty pricey. But I am very satisfied with the results and the professionalism by the field officer Steve M. He was courteous, detailed and very communicative in eliminating the unwanted livings in the attic. Thank you for the great job, Steve! And I do hope those squirrels will never come back.

Cameron at critter control came out to my house as scheduled and inspected the property and proposed a reasonable solution to deal with mice. He’s been back monthly to inspect traps around perimeter and leaves me with feedback. I had hired the company a few years ago to help with wood peckers pecking holes into siding and was pleased with their work then as well.

Sad situation: rabid (it turned out) skunk dying in our backyard. Had already filled our house with odor during the night. Poor critter was in bad shape. Critter Control rep Kevin P**** arrived within 20 min and dealt with situation ably, professionally and humanely. Third time I've used Critter control and have been well satisfied each time. Kudos to Kevin P. for handling a bad situation well.
