I was very pleased...Chuck was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional...It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend not only the company, but also Chuck...Should we have anymore critter problems, we will use Critter Control AGAIN and request Chuck as our Technician.

John was on time, polite and very informative about the bats that had been on our front porch. He gave us peace of mind by confirming that we did not have an infestation inside and offered suggestions for discouraging the bats from occupying our porch. There was no hard-sell for additional services although he did explain what other steps could be made if our condo association wanted to pursue them.

For the second year in a row, we have used Critter Control to remove unwanted rodents from our property. They have always been prompt and do a good job of catching the critter. I wish their fees weren't so much up front, but the cost per animal removal was agreeable.

I recently had an issue with a raccoon getting into the attic of my home and I hired this company to take care of my problem.
