Vole removal service initiated June, 2018 and traps left, no receipt given at time but credit card information showed transaction. Vole population declined as result of traps but no further follow up from critter control. Called on 5 occasions over 3 months to remove trap units but no one responded to remove them. Spoke with Mellissa recently who informed us there was no record of our calls although my wife had all dates and times of calls documented. Called office, representative out the next day. Came every work day for two weeks, trapped and removed two skunks. Left notice of actions each day even if we were not there to confirm that he had been at our home. Pleasant, personable, offered comments and advice.

We have used Critter Control 2 times to remove bees from our yard. Today they returned to remove bees that started to make a nest in the sideing in our house. Critter Control has been prompt each time we needed them, about 2 years apart, and have removed the bees each time with little fuss. Technician Andrew R***** arrived today and made quick work of the problem. I definitely had raccoons in my attic. Traps were set and 3 were caught. My attic suffered months of infestation and needed a thorough cleaning. Critter Control offers this service which includes replacement of vents, removal of soiled insulation, disinfecting spray, and new insulation. Yes, it is a costly services, but with how severe the mess it was worth it. The work was scheduled for two days, but they finished in one. They worked from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Company exceeded expectations when dealing with a wasp nest outside the house. We have had Critter Control come out four or five times over the last decade and find them reliable and knowledgeable. The company invests in maintaining long-term relationships and makes recommendations based on what's best for the customer rather than short-term profit.

Very Positive When I heard a thumping sound in my attic late at night I called Critter Control Dayton. Jeff T. arrived after midnight and did a very thorough search inside, outside and on the roof. He identified the problem (raccoon), explained how/why it would be in our attic, set traps and recommended a course of action. One raccoon was trapped the next day. Jeff and Andrew both. Professional experts but still friendly. They know what they are doing and took care of my critter problem. The weather was miserably hot, but they stuck with the job until it was successfully completed. I would give them and the company 10 stars if possible, but I’ll settle for FIVE!
