Kevin was great to work with. He was very informative and always kept us up to speed on the plan to catch the raccoon in our attic. This was all very new to us, so we had a lot of questions. Kevin always answered our calls or called us right back. His plan worked and he got rid of the raccoon in our attic! We will not hesitate to call Kevin and Critter Control again if we ever have another issue (hoping we don't).

Dani arrived promptly on time and was awesome to work with. After a brief review of the noises we were hearing in the attack, she was setting traps and barehandedly removed a litter of five raccoon babies! She came back daily to check traps and after 5=6 days of no activity, she professionally repaired the damaged areas where the raccoon was entering. Would highly recommended! Thanks Dani!

Not prepared to render the services I contacted Critter Control to do. Alan did not have the equipment to remove the bird and nest from the second floor exhaust. I specifically described the service I needed to Rob the schedulerer. On top of this they had stated that I owned them $*** to do nothing but show up. Finally the owner of the company decided not to charge me for this inconvenience. Now I have to hire another company to clean the exhaust, being available for many hours for the service.

We had a critter problem about 9 years ago which was handled professionally at that time with good results. We recently found a stash of acorns in our attic. Dan came out and determined that we had mice. He explained how they got in. He placed bait traps in the attic, garage and crawlspace. Dan is very knowledgeable about pests and their habits. I recommend Critter Control to anyone who has a problem with pests.
