I am not normally the guy who would leave a review but I absolutely had to with my recent experience with Critter Control and our technician Jeff T. In addition to solving our uninvited raccoon problem, Jeff's customer service was second to none. Though he is clearly an expert in this field it was how he interacted with me and my wife and how he explained every step of the process that impressed us the most. I had been trying since May 10, 2019 to get a wildlife company to come out and get rid of the Raccoon that had made himself at home in our crawl space. I called two companies, one said they were too busy and I should call someone else. I called a 2nd company and they guy said call him back in two days. When I called back he never answered the phone. Their people know what they are doing but there is a disconnect between the office staff and the field staff. I set up an appointment for a review of my issue but some where between the office staff and field staff, the date was mixed up. I waited for the arrival that did not come. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told that I was not on the schedule. We sent up another appointment. After that appointment, I signed the paperwork to have the work done. Every thing was fine except for two things. 1. I was disappointed there was no inspection of my attic for any damage which may have occurred. 2. I am not happy with the way the entrance hole was repaired.
