Our Tech, Jeff T******* was awesome. He caught the mole on the first day. Continued to monitor for new trails. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

The company is nice and the people are as well. However my problem was never resolved. The groundhog that they can to trap is still around. I thought the trap was to close to the hole and perhaps a faulty trap. Sometimes the bait would be gone but the trap was still open. Good company but I probably would not recommend them to remove groundhogs.

We have had numerous incidents of a bat visiting us inside our home at night. This has gone occurred off and on for several years. Another company came to our home a few years ago and couldn't identify where bats were getting in. Critter Control was initially called to remove a bat that we could not catch (it was found inside a shoe in my closet!!). I was given a very large window for the initial visit evaluating a ground hog situation. I phoned the Columbus Critter Control office and asked for a tighter time (ie, not "between 12 and 6"). The Associate called Kenny, they agreed to a shorter time. Kenny came by exactly on time. We decided on a plan. A nice accommodation.

My service technician was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He provided the requested service of nuisance raccoons at a residential location. He answered all my questions and maintained a good line of communication throughout the process. I would recommend this service to anyone with a similar need.

Dani was great. She explained the plan and process for eliminating the squirrels from our attic on her first visit, then the plan was completed just as described. She was patient and helpful in providing suggestions for other steps we might want to take (such as chimney caps, etc.) We would definitely call Critter Control again should we have future critter problems.
