I had a problem with a squirrel getting into my attic. Andrew came out and attempted to capture the little varmint. He did not capture the squirrel but the squirrel escaped thru a hole near the roof line. Jeff came our the next day to place a ventilated hood over the points of intrusion. Problem solved. Good service and quick response.

Critter Control is fast, friendly, and get the job done. Kenny was my field service guy this time and he was thorough in checking things out and made good recommendations. I'm not for spending for a monthly treatment, but all else was good.

I recently used Critter Control of Columbus. The technician Kenny was very professional and explained his approach, what he would look for, and the treatment options. He inspected the exterior of the house and the roof for entry/exit. Kenny is a tall guy and gets extra credit for fitting into the small attic opening. Will recommend.

From the time I spoke with Melissa to schedule my appointment to the time Danielle drove away I felt that I was treated with respect and care. Danielle removed 2 birds from my fireplace. It probably sounds silly but i so pleased that the birds were removed safely and we watched them fly away. She was personable and professional.
