I have had Critter Control remove deceased animals from yard two times. Both times removal was prompt and professional. Matt was very courteous and helpful answering questions! I would recommend this company!

WOW!!! Jeff T is an incredible Wildlife Technician!!! This man is able to catch birds in flight....literally! I was totally freaking out, and he was soooooo calm, simply amazing! He not only was able to get the birds out of my chimney (and my living room, basement and kitchen!--seriously!) he quickly identified how they had gotten in (rusty chimney cover) and fixed the problem with new (effective) chimney covers! Pam in the office is great to talk with. I think there does need to be more communication with the tech and the office. Kenny, the tech, was very knowledgeable, but communication with him was poor. He used Pam for all communication and she did not always know detailed info that only Kenny would. Improve communication and I believe this business would do better. I did not have this problem with the last tech we used.

My first contact with Columbus Critter Control was with Pam, who was most understanding and helpful in understanding my needs. Pam scheduled Kevin to come to our home within days. Kevin inspected our situation, and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in the situation.
