Had a mice issue. Matt arrived and did a thorough inspection of my home. He sealed areas of concern and left traps both inside and out. Very friendly, very helpful. Hopefully those mice have found another home!

Critter Control Columbus was very prompt responding to my situation. The field technician, Matt, was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and attentive to our need to remove a racoon and repair damaged venting. This is the third time I have had "situations" with wildlife and Critter Control has always handled things extremely well. It was a pleasure to work with Matt and I highly recommend their services.

All expectations have been met except we haven't caught our critter yet! Pam was a great first impression, pleasant and knowledgeable as she explained how everything worked. Made everything super easy to get started and on the schedule. Amanda has also been a real pro to work with taking the time to explain how everything would work now that the traps are set. Took extra time to answer all our questions. Highly recommend this team! Maybe that critter was just passing through.....

Jan was very easy to work with to get our appointment scheduled and very patient when I later had questions. We worked with Matt E., who came to our home to resolve our problem. Matt was polite, friendly, informed and professional. It was a pleasure to work with Matt, and his knowledge and comments gave us confidence to make decisions. We hope we never have critters again but if we do we would be happy to work with Critter Control and these employees again. We commend this company on their high standards.

We had an issue with a mother racoon who made her way into our attic. We called Critter Control and they were out to our house the very next day. Amanda (and another gentleman) quickly assessed the situation and installed a trap. They were back out the next day and the racoon had been caught. Amanda ensured no further issues existed, fixed the siding that had been taken off by the racoon to gain entry. Critter Control was absolutely wonderful in solving my animal invasion issue. I ended up dealing with Matt, Tom, the district manager and Amanda. They were all so professional but personable and determined to help me get my problem resolved. Turns out I had a red squirrel entering and exiting my house daily for 2 months and after having other companies out who could not figure it out, I called Critter Control. they had it figured out in days and also repaired and sealed the entry of the critter. We've worked with Critter Control for years. Living next to park, while in the city, we get a share of groundhogs, mice, and rats, plus some critters we just ignore like raccoons and possums. Critter control is good to work with and flexible about times of service. We have a dog, and a fenced and gated yard which requires some synchronizing.

Amanda was AMAZING! She caught those pesky raccoons and did so efficiently, professionally and with a smile. Amanda truly loves her job and the work she did shows it! I would highly recommend Critter Control of Columbus! They are number one in my book! Thank you!
