Critter Control answered my call and responded fairly quickly. Fortunately, I was able to contain the snake. Keith removed it and explained the instincts of the type of snake. He inspected our house and closed any possible areas that any critters could enter, even crawling under our deck. Keith is very professional and knowledgeable. I would certainly call the company again should another problem arise.
Had a rogue rat living at my studio space-Keith figured out how he was getting in and out in minutes flat-pretty impressive! I would have never found the access point otherwise--Thanks!

This is a great company. Dani was our service tech and was great to work with. Knowledgeable, experienced, and followed through on everything the company promised. Three animals were removed and we are very pleased. Will use again. Well worth the cost.

Keith came by after the fact and reviewed our house and situation and was very gracious about doing this. He couldn't have been forthcoming and agreeable. He is real pleasure to work with. I've worked with Keith before and he has a sixth sense the behaviors in the animal kingdom. He is truly a critter-whisperer. I'd recommend him to anyone. ****** *******

Dani was very knowledgeable and thorough. She was personable and taught me many things about pests. I greatly appreciated her coming the day I called and spending a lot of time examining our house. That helped put my mind at ease. Unfortunately, we needed to either sign off on the entire proposal or not at all. Because the proposal included a required stainless steel ridge vent guard (costing over $3600), we could not sign the proposal and therefore we could not have any construction gap fixes made at all. Kenny was great. He was experienced and knew the job well. Because of his work ethic, I would hire Critter Control again. They were able to rid my property of 7 raccoons and one possum.
