This was my first experience with Critter Control and It was A+. The representative was clear about the service to be provided and had the highest level of knowledge about my 'critter' problem He was willing to answer questions and I learned much about the work this company does. I will definitely recommend Critter Control but hope I don't need to use again - at least anytime soon.
Brandon was very thorough and professional. He actually found solutions that were missed by others in the past. I would recommend him and Critter Control.

The service was good but the service man told me $59 for the animal removal but they billed my credit card $79. I don’t like deception.

Excellent customer service. We have used Critter Control for many years for everything from bats to birds to mice. They always quickly identify the problem and take care of it in a timely manner with great follow-up service, as well. I highly recommend.

Dan J. responded to my desperate plea for help. He arrived on time, WORKED for almost 2 hours, fixed the problem (messy dead things), explained everything he did, gave me some ideas to keep this from happening again, did a thorough check of the entire house inside and outside and roof, and crawlspace. I was given an estimated charge when I first call and the actual charge was slightly less! I give CC the highest rating.
