Outstanding customer service and great field work! From initial contact with Melissa setting things up to Andrew's constant contact throughout the job we could not have been happier with Critter Control! Our Agency was impressed with our technician Jeff T*******, he was kind & thoughtful & gave us step by step instructions on what he was doing. We had a baby raccoon stuck in a wall & he was able to catch the poor thing by & get him out with in a couple days. We still are trying to get Mom, but I wanted to leave a positive comment about how Jeff has been above & beyond in his professionalism with our Agency. Very friendly and easy to schedule and came the same day within 3 hours. Removed dead opossum stuck in my chain link fence in Dayton. No residue or other sign that the opossum was there. I am very satisfied with my 3 experiences with Critter Control and will recommend them to family and friends.

A complete waste of money!!! All they told us to do was buy a “bat door” and put it up ourselves. I got charged over $200 for that.

I came home from work to see a squirrel on my lampshade. When I called Pam at Critter Control, she was helpful and set up a technician to be there within the hour. I was scared but relieved! It only took Kevin 20 minutes to catch the squirrel. Critter Control is reasonably priced, professional, and very efficient! Do not bother calling any other company to assist you with home animal issues.

After talking to Lois in the office, I knew this was the Company I would use to catch the squirrels in our roofs soffit! Amanda came out the next day! Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, she was so patient with me and all of my questions. She explained everything, set-up traps, and proceeded day after day to get the job done while updating me as well. Critter Control of Richmond is a reputable and responsible business. Keith, the owner, returned my call promptly and arrived at my house for appointments as scheduled. In addition, a call was made notifying me that they were on their way. The inspection was thorough and supported by photos of my crawl space. Dani helped me with the squirrels I had living in my attic. Turns out, my attic is pretty difficult to get to but she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and to keep me updated on the situation. I could not have asked for a better service from her.
