Critter Control's staff (Zac, Tim, Cameron and Pam) were extremely courteous and professional helping me handle a bat infestation. I was terrified especially since one got out into my living room. I was an anxious wreck and they did everything they could to respond promptly and answer all of my questions. They were so patient and proffessional with me and I feel they did quality work. I am hopeful that with all their hard work the bats will be gone once and for all after hibernation.

If ever you need a company that is upfront honest and very efficient this is the company to call for any unwanted guests in your home. During the whole process of estimation to final day of attic restoration they were upfront and on time as promised for each visit. Chuck with Critter Control did a GREAT job for us. The very first night he set three traps and by the next day all three were successfully filled. Also caught more again that week. Left us status reports every day about what was happening to keep us informed. Hope we don't need him again soon, but if we do need him we would definitely use Critter Control again.

Critter Control of Columbus is truly one of the best companies to work with. Megan R**** is the best customer service representative and Zach B. is the best field technician ever! Both are extremely friendly and knowledgeable regarding services offered and services needed. Prompt and professional service is always provided.
