Amanda gave us stellar service in trapping and removing groundhogs that had been living under our garden shed. Amanda is very knowledgeable about an animal's choice of diet and habitat. Wildlife Damage Control Technician, Amanda Q****, at Critter Control provided outstanding service in ridding my property of raccoons. She was cordial, knowledgeable and diligent in her daily duties, removing caged animals and re-bating for two weeks. After all of the critters were captured, she thoroughly cleaned the area. I definitely will recommend Critter Control to anyone who is experiencing problems with intrusive wildlife.

Critter Control has worked on 3 successive houses in the Richmond area for us, most recently June 2018. Dan J is the estimator & field supervisor. In controlling our mice problems at each house (we have bird feeders), he is always very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Rob, the dispatcher is always courteous and efficient. Both are dedicated to helping solve whatever the problem is. An outstanding company!
Dan was great. I appreciated his vast knowledge, experience, competence and affability. He even patiently listed to my long story of THE BAT. He checked out the attic which was found to be bat-free and offered several suggestions for closing a few openings, which has been done. He also baited for mice. I'm very pleased with the service provided.
