Florist Flower Shops Rockford IL Is A Best Service In USA
Won't ship THE worst customer service experience ever. They have a very cute custom snowflake necklace that is different each year. I received one as a gift and wanted to get one for a relative. I was told they don't ship anything as they can't be running to the post office every other minute. Really...could you charge me and others $10 shipping and handling on this "very popular item" and rubn to the post office once or twice a week? What is missing here is a total lack of the customer service gene.
Dishonest business If I could give it less I would. They have very dishonest business policies my mom bought a 200.00 plus purse within 30the days she tried to return it but was told she couldn't because the tags had been removed to which my mom responded that the sales associate had removed them when she bought the purse, she was told that it's not store policy to remove the tags.....when I bought my purse this past wed I got it home and surprise surprise the tags HAD been removed. RUDE OWNER I have never met anyone who owns a business that is more rude than Kip. I will never enter this store again. He caters to individuals who look the part of money, and will treat every else like they are not worthy to be in his store. He needs refresher courses in how to treat customers ! A retailer review I have been involved in the retail business for 46 years. I would like to comment briefly on the reviews of customer service for this store and others. Every establishment has the right to set it's own return and other store policies. How these policies are enforced, or adjusted to the particular situation constitutes much of customer service. Crimson Ridge is GREAT!!! I have never had anything but excellent service anytime I have ever been in that store. I have been there for both flowers downstairs and gifts upstairs several times. The customer service is always great and everyone is friendly. My flowers last much longer than flowers from anywhere else. They gift wrap everything beautifully! Even the gift cards! Delightful Experiences at CR I have been back in the Rockford area about two years and was delighted to find Crimson Ridge. Everything I have ever purchased there has been wonderful, fairly priced and the staff have been a pleasure to do business with. I have had wedding flowers from CR as well as a gorgeous Mother's Day bouquet recently. The flowers are long-lasting, fresh and artfully arranged.
Surprised by the negative comments I really like Crimson Ridge. They have unique gifts and most of the prices are fair. The gift wrap is the very best feature; I am always proud to give a gift, no matter how small, when it is wrapped by Crimson Ridge. I always start there for shopping at Christmas and Admin.
