Dishonest business If I could give it less I would. They have very dishonest business policies my mom bought a 200.00 plus purse within 30the days she tried to return it but was told she couldn't because the tags had been removed to which my mom responded that the sales associate had removed them when she bought the purse, she was told that it's not store policy to remove the tags.....when I bought my purse this past wed I got it home and surprise surprise the tags HAD been removed. Never Again Will I Go There! I am very disappointed in the service I received at Crimson Ridge. I ordered flowers to be delivered at a hospital. The hospital denied the flowers and crimson ridge called in order to obtain the receivers home address. I gave them their home address. I called the receiver later that night 7pm and they didn't receive the flowers yet and I didn't get another call from Crimson Ridge. Won't ship THE worst customer service experience ever. They have a very cute custom snowflake necklace that is different each year. I received one as a gift and wanted to get one for a relative. I was told they don't ship anything as they can't be running to the post office every other minute. Really...could you charge me and others $10 shipping and handling on this "very popular item" and rubn to the post office once or twice a week? What is missing here is a total lack of the customer service gene.

Flowers aren't your friends at Crimson Ridge I have to say that I agree with all of the bad reviews; when I was looking for lillies for my fall wedding, my maid of honor & I stopped into Crimson Ridge to price their selection (I was willing to pay over $800 in fresh flowers alone)...whoever the salesperson was told me very rudely "I don't know what kind of little event you girls are planning, but lillies are not in season in November". Boycott Crimson Ridge Boycott Crimson Ridge! There are plenty of great stores in the Rockford area that treat their customers and employees with respect and dignity. Teachers stand up for human rights...do not shop at Crimson Ridge!

Surprised by the negative comments I really like Crimson Ridge. They have unique gifts and most of the prices are fair. The gift wrap is the very best feature; I am always proud to give a gift, no matter how small, when it is wrapped by Crimson Ridge. I always start there for shopping at Christmas and Admin. Professional's Day. I will say that some of the staff members are "snooty." One woman in particular, who is there most of the time, has made me feel very small (even though I am a regular customer). Crimson Ridge is Very Rude! Along with most of the other reviews, I agree the staff is very RUDE! As a gift, my husband took me there to purchase a charm for my bracelet. There were 3 sales assoc. (1 male and 2 female) in the charm area all talking to one another and the only cusomers were my husband and me. I stood at the display thinking one of the staff would come and assist me, but no such luck. True Story and Not a Good One This is a horrible horrible place of business. Last year around this time my boyfriend bought me a gift from this place. I ended up not liking it and went back with the receipt. The owner -Kip refused to let me return it, saying that he thought I had done something to the item. I called my lawyer because it was within 30 days, and the receipt said I would be able to return it within that period. Where was Joni J. shopping?????? I have been shopping at Crimson Ridge for a least 4 years now, I can always find something my wife will love!!! I have been in there all times of the day, all days of the week, and all times of the year, and I never seen a rude associate, and the morale is always top notch!!! I work in retail........and this establishment is first class, and always has exceptional service!!!!! I would love to have the caliber of associates and management working for me!
