RUDE OWNER I have never met anyone who owns a business that is more rude than Kip. I will never enter this store again. He caters to individuals who look the part of money, and will treat every else like they are not worthy to be in his store. He needs refresher courses in how to treat customers ! True Story and Not a Good One This is a horrible horrible place of business. Last year around this time my boyfriend bought me a gift from this place. I ended up not liking it and went back with the receipt. The owner -Kip refused to let me return it, saying that he thought I had done something to the item. I called my lawyer because it was within 30 days, and the receipt said I would be able to return it within that period. Everything for those Hallmark holidays This is Rockford's other high-class florist/gift shop. They have a good floral selection and that is about 20% of the store. The rest consists of charm bracelets, handbags, candles, gift baskets, and body lotions. This is always a good place to start when I need to buy gifts for my wife.
What part of GERBER DAISY don't you understand??? I was raised in very successful family business. It was successful because we gave the customer what they asked for. Yesterday I ordered flowers for my 15 year old daughter. I asked for a 50.00 GERBER daisy arrangement. I wanted ALL the "fun" bright colors of the gerbs I saw in there cooler. Delightful Experiences at CR I have been back in the Rockford area about two years and was delighted to find Crimson Ridge. Everything I have ever purchased there has been wonderful, fairly priced and the staff have been a pleasure to do business with. I have had wedding flowers from CR as well as a gorgeous Mother's Day bouquet recently. The flowers are long-lasting, fresh and artfully arranged.
