Dishonest business If I could give it less I would. They have very dishonest business policies my mom bought a 200.00 plus purse within 30the days she tried to return it but was told she couldn't because the tags had been removed to which my mom responded that the sales associate had removed them when she bought the purse, she was told that it's not store policy to remove the tags.....when I bought my purse this past wed I got it home and surprise surprise the tags HAD been removed. I will never shop there again nor will my ... read more

Crimson Ridge is Very Rude! Along with most of the other reviews, I agree the staff is very RUDE! As a gift, my husband took me there to purchase a charm for my bracelet. There were 3 sales assoc. (1 male and 2 female) in the charm area all talking to one another and the only cusomers were my husband and me. I stood at the display thinking one of the staff would come and assist me, but no such luck. I then walked over and asked if I could get some help at one of the displays and they just looked at each other. They made me f... read more

Too much stuff the store is excellent for buying gifts and I usually always go there but I believe there is just to much clutter. If some of the things were moved out and concentration was put more on the articles it would sell better. I think 90% of the staff is fantastic. Kip has always been pleasant to me and he doesn't know me from Adam. He is just a hyper type of person

Must Read - True Story I had been away from Rockford for sometime and moved back to the area with my wife. I made a visit to Crimson Ridge to purchase an anniversary gift. When I had picked out my merchandise I went to the counter to check-out. Kip greeted me and we began to talk about what the occasion was. I told him how I had moved back and that I had always enjoyed his store. Kip was apparently flattered by my kind words and loyalty after being away for years. I say this because he would not let me pay for the merchandis... read more

LACINDA I recently found this store in past year, have purchased many things and brought friends and family to show them this neat store! Until last week 11-20-10, I purchased a necklace and needed to return it or exchange it-due to receiving the same piece of jewelry from a friend, so wanted to get refund/exchange. Took it back on 11-24-10 only 4 days later and was told need original price tag sticker that was on the piece of jewelry-i was hesitant-I don't live close-30 miles away-the clerk told me dont worry you have 30 da... read more

No respect given to customers UNBELIEVABLE! I will never shop at Crimson Ridge again. Kip (the owner) was beyond rude when I asked about a wine rack. I was treated as though I was subhuman and not deserving of respect. I was also attempting to purchase some items inbetween the aisles in the back by the candy section when he came by looking at me and said things I won't repeat here but essentially made me out as a shoplifter!! UNBELIEVABLE! I ended up walking out the door not making any purchases at all. In this economy you w... read more

I want a store in our area! We live out of town & drove in for the occasion. My Mother-In-Law shops here often so we bought her a special birthday gift. We purchased a difficult item to wrap & the friendly sales associate, I wish I would have gotten his name, put his talents into it & she was so excited at first site. Thankfully the wrap was transparent because she didn't want to unwrap it just yet. Thanks for making her day special. Kathy L

wear your louis vuitton I purchased a pair of earrings from "Hot Diamonds" and the lady behind the counter was very preoccupied and wasn't going to even put my purchase into a bag until I asked her too. I thought she would be the only one that was rude until I ventured into the rest of the store. It seems that overall morale at Crimson Ridge is bad. Hmmm There was a friendly woman at the front counter but other than her....everyone seemed to be having a bad day. PROS: merchandise can be fun to look at CONS: perhaps a reflect... read more

Happy Surprise Having been to Crimson Ridge many times before, I had not had a terrible warm reception but nothing as rude or negative as some of the reviews mention. I had not been to the store in at least 2 years when on June 26th I went inside looking for a picture frame, with my motorcycle helmet in hand. Kip the owner was behind the counter and suggested I leave my helmet at the counter, I quickly obliged. When I came back with the frame to pay for it, Kip offered me a beer but I declined since I was riding, I did take ... read more
