Surprised by the negative comments I really like Crimson Ridge. They have unique gifts and most of the prices are fair. The gift wrap is the very best feature; I am always proud to give a gift, no matter how small, when it is wrapped by Crimson Ridge. I always start there for shopping at Christmas and Admin. True Story and Not a Good One This is a horrible horrible place of business. Last year around this time my boyfriend bought me a gift from this place. I ended up not liking it and went back with the receipt. The owner -Kip refused to let me return it, saying that he thought I had done something to the item. I called my lawyer because it was within 30 days, and the receipt said I would be able to return it within that period. Crimson Ridge Owner- Real A**! Crimson Ridge has always been one of my favorite stores . i have had very nice sales associates that was until i met Kip the owner.For being the top ranked florist in Rockford IL you would think the owner would have been a little bit more friendly. it wasn't like we were going to duplicate any of his work anyways. No respect given to customers UNBELIEVABLE! I will never shop at Crimson Ridge again. Kip (the owner) was beyond rude when I asked about a wine rack. I was treated as though I was subhuman and not deserving of respect. wear your louis vuitton I purchased a pair of earrings from "Hot Diamonds" and the lady behind the counter was very preoccupied and wasn't going to even put my purchase into a bag until I asked her too. Happy Surprise Having been to Crimson Ridge many times before, I had not had a terrible warm reception but nothing as rude or negative as some of the reviews mention. I had not been to the store in at least 2 years when on June 26th I went inside looking for a picture frame, with my motorcycle helmet in hand.
