Flowers aren't your friends at Crimson Ridge I have to say that I agree with all of the bad reviews; when I was looking for lillies for my fall wedding, my maid of honor & I stopped into Crimson Ridge to price their selection (I was willing to pay over $800 in fresh flowers alone)...whoever the salesperson was told me very rudely "I don't know what kind of little event you girls are planning, but lillies are not in season in November". Boycott Crimson Ridge Boycott Crimson Ridge! There are plenty of great stores in the Rockford area that treat their customers and employees with respect and dignity. Teachers stand up for human rights...do not shop at Crimson Ridge!
Great place for last minute gifts Kip and the others are awesome. He took care of a special birthday arrangement with 1 hour notice. They are creative and responsive and always have been!! Steve F
Crimson Ridge Florist I just recently purchased chocolates from Crimson Ridge for a birthday present. They have a large selection of yummy chocolates. The lady who waited on me did a fantastic job of wrapping them. I did not have much time to look around on that day, but they have jewelry, and purses, and a flower shop down stairs. Sharon J.
Huge Fan Turned Sour I was a huge fan of Crimson Ridge. Despite if being a full MSRP store, the selection and service made it a perfect place for gift purchases. Carol Crimson Ridge is a great place to shop. Many different items that are unique. I have never felt the salespeople look down on me or are rude. I love to get my gifts wrapped and they really do look good. However, there is one thing that has me bugged about Crimson Ridge lately and that is their horrible tasteless radio ads. Crimson Ridge rules!! I grew up in Rockford and I've shopped at CR since they first opened their doors. It is an excellent place. Yes, it can get incredibly busy ... but they always wrap your gifts wonderfully and they've always been pleasant. The fact that it's swamped every year on the holidays is testament to their great service, day in and day out. Where was Joni J. shopping?????? I have been shopping at Crimson Ridge for a least 4 years now, I can always find something my wife will love!!! I have been in there all times of the day, all days of the week, and all times of the year, and I never seen a rude associate, and the morale is always top notch!!! I work in retail........and this establishment is first class, and always has exceptional service!!!!! I would love to have the caliber of associates and management working for me!
